Tonight is going to be tough, but very very good

August 18, 2008

Tonight I am going to give myself a Come To Jesus moment with my finances.  Now that I’ve prettied up someone else’s house, it makes me REALLY want to have my own house to make pretty pretty.

God know’s I’m not getting any younger!

Tonight marks the beginning of my journey toward home ownership, in earnest.

*deep breath*

Ponies in my back yard are way more important than mani-pedi’s.  Period.  End of story.

  1. Yes they are, yes. I’m counting on a big glass of boozy-ade on your porch, smelling the horses and the long grass. You can do it!

  2. eek. the mani-pedi goes far in my book, but you are right…

go to jesus, girl…i will play the organ and usher you forward for the altar call – “just as i am…”

    AH. ENOUGH JESUS IMAGERY.

  3. Gee, may this include black fences and blue grass??

  4. Lovely Ladies… of course this goal will be nestled in the blue grass, surrounded by black fences, the sight of horses grazing all around – all to be enjoyed with a sweet and saucy cocktail sipped while rocking on a wrap-around porch in the company of those I love and admire.

My vision… it is a clear one 😀
