The Big To-Do: Christmas homestretch edition

December 22, 2010

The days are getting fewer and my To-Do List is getting longer because Christmas Eve is the day after tomorrow! YAY!

This morning I knocked one very random thing off my list – I sewed a button back on my coat. Why that took me 2 weeks to do, I shall never know – but sometimes it’s exactly those random chores that get you going to knock out the stuff that’s really pressing.

To-Do: December 22nd, 2010

  1. Finish up shopping for those last sniggly gifts and stocking stuffers
  2. Grocery store
  3. Decide on menu for Pre-Christmas Dinner with friends (I should probably do that before the store!)
  4. WRAP PRESENTS (it kind of sucks to have a mountain of gifts in my bedroom and nothing under the tree)
  5. Baking (Fiona and Lucas have been slacking in their goody baking for their friends – sheesh)
  6. Get The Child’s room ready for my mommy’s visit!

No problem, right? HA!

p.s. I am getting very adventurous with my newfound love of wearing tights.

p.p.s. I think GI Joe (the one with the fuzzy beard and kung fu grip) was on the train this morning.

Is it wrong to take pictures of random strangers who resemble action figures and post them on the interwebs? And do I really care? 😀
